Nexus brings senior people, workplace relations and organisational improvement expertise to businesses that want to solve a workplace issue, improve how something works or deliver an important people initiative.
The work is shaped by more than 20 years of experience across Australian and global roles, including large and operationally demanding environments in hospitality, mining and resources, agriculture and manufacturing.
That experience spans HR and workplace relations leadership, workforce and recruitment programs, investigations, people systems, HR technology implementation, leadership development, prevention and difficult employee matters.
Nexus is led by Stephanie Jackson, whose background combines senior practitioner experience with qualifications in Law, Arts (Psychology) and a Master of Business Administration (Leadership).

Nexus combines senior practical experience with research and behavioural insight, then translates that into changes that can actually be used in the workplace. That can mean looking beyond the immediate issue to the way work is organised, how decisions are made, the tools people use and the conditions around the problem.
The aim is not simply to produce a document or recommendation. It is to create something that can be put into practice and used in the real workplace.
